Three Day Meal Plan

What would a Pescatarian's daily meals look like?


Day One















Breakfast:
1 piece toasted wheat bread w/ thin coat of butter
2 poached eggs w/ salt and pepper
1 glass of skim milk
½ a papaya filled w/plain yogurt drizzled w/lemon
















Lunch:
1 Fuji apple w/peanut butter
1 sandwich
   -2 pieces rye bread
   -2 pieces of lettuce
   -2 slices of romaine tomato
   - Tuna salad w/pecans and capers
1 bottle of water


















Snack:
1 bag of trail mix
   -Peanuts, almonds, and cashews
   -Crasins, and dried apricots
   -Chocolate chips
1 bottle of water













Dinner:
3 slices of pineapple
Toss salad
   -     Mixed greens
-       Baby tomatoes
-       Avocado
-       Pine nuts
-       Balsamic/mustard vinaigrette
Pesto pasta (whole wheat) w/ wild Alaskan Salmon
2 Bubbies ice cream mochi balls

Day Two















Breakfast:
1 glass fresh orange juice
1½ plain yogurt w/ 1 cup of granola
1 popover w/ strawberry jam













Lunch:
1 sandwich
-       2 pieces whole wheat fig bread
-       2 slices tomato
-       2 pieces romaine lettuce
-       Egg salad
3 oatmeal raisin cookies
1 bottle of water


















Snack:
Carrot sticks w/ almond butter
1 bag of lightly salted soy nuts
1 bottle of water















Dinner:
5 medium strawberries
Roasted broccoli w/ garlic, onions, and a sprinkle of Romano cheese
Baked Mahi-Mahi w/ peanut sauce
1 piece of homemade apple pie

Day Three















Breakfast:
1½ cup of oatmeal w/ rains, coconut flakes, and drizzled honey
1 banana w/ peanut butter
1 glass of skim milk















Lunch:
Pesto Ravioli w/ tomato sauce
1 orange
1 bottle of water















Snack:
1 Fuji apple w/ pieces of cheddar cheese
2 hard boiled eggs w/ salt and pepper
1 bottle of water















Dinner:
Caesar salad
-       Romaine lettuce
-       Light Caesar dressing
-       Handful of whole wheat croutons
-       Cherry tomatoes
-       Sprinkle of Parmesan
Potato and Onion Frittata (a sort of baked omelet)
3 squares of dark chocolate
